The Head Coach and Founder of FD Tennis – Alexei Demajo was awarded the prestigious George Gilmour Club Coach of the Year accolade at Sunday night’s Tennis Coaches Association of Victoria (TCAV) awards ceremony at Royal South Yarra Tennis Club.
The shortlisted coaches were among the best in Victoria, so to win this award is an amazing achievement.
Alexei was recognised for his dedication to the industry and innovative ways to drive the business including:
⁃ Facilitating proven pathways for all levels of players
⁃ Exponentially increasing the number of competition players to be one of the highest participation clubs in the Eastern Region
⁃ Growing and mentoring a high-performing, passionate and extremely knowledgeable coaching team.
This award is an amazing recognition for all the hard work that Alexei and the team have put into their coaching on a day-to-day basis!
